Lean Methodology Improves Coiled Tubing Rig-up time in High-Pressure Exploration Wells
Lean principles were implemented to coiled tubing (CT) equipment rig-up activities on high-pressure exploratory wells for seeking efficiency improvement avenues between 2015 and 2017. Those measures were successful implemented and reduced the non-value-added time by 33% during the well testing completion stage of the well in HPHT environment.
