Faster Data Transfer Allows Reduced Staffing on Rig and Improves Crisis Management
A new data streaming protocol reduces the lag between measurement on the rig and display onshore to 1 second, an order of magnitude faster than previous solutions. This enhances the ability to safely monitor wells from ashore, reducing rig personnel while improving crisis analysis and remediation.
